Best option will be turn off lazy images option, clean all cache.

I confirm that, i have the same, pictures gone and i had to turn off lazy loading images option. So we are waiting for new fixed version.

with version 4.0.1 i had text under the images in my posts: Foto: Shutterstock

and this was ok

but with version 4.0.2: Images courtesy of Shutterstock

and i couldn’t change it in admin panel so i had go back to 4.0.1
i’ll wait for the next update.

a small note

The settings are very stretched you should think about shortening this, i have a lot of tags, categories, phrases so it looks pretty weird when you have to go all way down.
