Hello Shaggy89, looks like you are using 3CX version 18 Update 3 or older.
New WP Livechat Plugin (version 10) works only with 3CX 18 Update 4 (or later) and 3CX StartUP edition.

This is the old version.
We recommend to use actual version of Live Chat (current version is 10.0.4).

New LiveChat plugin (10.0.0 and later) now is supported by 3CX Startup and on-premise versions starting with Update 4 (will be released in upcoming days).
It won’t work with Update 3 or earlier.

Hello @henrygud, can you please check your PHP logs for errors? Report them here.
If you have console access to your WordPress server, you should check permissions of plugins/wp-live-chat-support directory and files inside.
It seems that there is some wrong file permission in your WordPress plugin directory.

You could also try to delete plugin folder manually and reinstall the plugin. This should keep your plugin configuration.

You need to use your admin credentials that you used during the setup of the PBX. Not the credentials of your extension.
The only way to use your extension credentials, is if your extension is assigned the permission to login on management console.

The timezone that is used is the one that is configured on your WordPress > Settings > General > Timezone.
