Yes… I had to contact the company where I bought the template. They basically gave me a new wp-theme file and I had to upload it manually to replace the older one. I would suggest you do the same.

I tried using SEO, but for some reason it’s having conflict with the page builder and some of my pages got distorted (slider not working etc). I thought I just need to refresh the page etc, but when I activate the yoast again it’s causing issue, then deactivate yoast its working fine vice versa.

I am using all in one seo plugin, but still my issue is the page title that I put automatically generate the pipe sign (|) and dubai cleaners which I guess automatically generated from the code which I don’t know where to edit.

Can you recommend alternative option?

I’ve spoke to my email/hosting provider and they said there’s nothing wrong on their end. In fact they’ve tested to send an email to my email address and it went through without any issues.

They said the issue was on the contact form because any test email we did that day was not in sending at all even on the webmail.

Any other suggestion please.. please. please.. please..

Any help that you can spare? I have another website using contact form 7 older version 4.3 and so far is isn’t causing any problem and is working fine.

I am not quite sure if it has something to do with the newest version 4.4. I cannot gamble to update it to 4.4 on my other website because I am afraid that it will also cause issue, not unless you tell me it isn’t.

I will not bother you if this is not causing me a lot of problem, if you cannot help me with this, at least say something or give me alternatives please.

I just realized that if there’s something wrong in my mailserver, I shouldn’t received any email which is not the case. What I don’t get is the test inquiry I did. I just did another test inquiry is nothing is working.

When I sent an email to my own email address it all works out properly. I asked my collegue to send me an email and it also works. The only thing is not working is the test inquiry in did on the contact form.

I don’t get any errors at all. In fact what I get is “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” But nothing gets through.

I installed the WP Robots.txt plug-in which will give you view in the setting > reading menu in the dashboard of your wordpress but I figured out it doesn’t automatically update the robots.txt file in my root directory. I guess the only way to successfully add/edit the folders is by using FTP access.
