ok, this seems to be caused by PHP 5.2 not supporting some of the functions I’m using. I don’t have any 5.2 setup at hand so to fix this I’m basically blind coding, but if you are willing to make some tests I could send you an updated version.

What version of PHP do you have?

could you be more specific? what kind of error do you get? What version of wordpress? Do you have other plugins installed?

The presets automatically set the advanced options for you. If you later change the advanced options, the preset you selected does not match the advanced options anymore, so the tick does not show up. If you look at the advanced options, they should be all saved.

So, actually all the options should be correctly set.

yes, the language selection is automatic based on user’s language

I’ve just pushed version 1.0.2 which includes Chinese language and other few bug fixes. Please review it and let me know if everything’s working!

thanks for your feedback. Indeed Add to Homescreen has multi-language support!

Unfortunately I don’t have the Chinese translation yet. If you are willing to provide the message in Chinese I would be more than happy to add support for it right away!

The message I need to be translated is:

‘To add this web app to the home screen: tap %icon and then %action.’

(do not translate %icon and %action)

and the OS specific actions are (they must reflect the actual message shown on the device):

ios: ‘Add to Home Screen’
android: ‘Add to homescreen’
windows: ‘pin to start’
