Well, herein lies the problem…
The server is my own…on which many existing WP sites are running, with many different plugins, and none of which exhibit any issues.
And earlier your plugin had been working correctly. As noted, I didn’t notice any issues until after the latest update…
Nothing on the server itself has changed.
OK…so…what is it about the server that isn’t configured right? I have no idea what to even go look at…

Site is in dev, so not much populated yet…but if you hover on the “Alexis CD” menu item, you can see how different the fly-out item is…

In reply to: [Virtue] Hide content background only on home pageOK, so first of all that did exactly what I asked for ??
Upon doing it though, I see that the content body width is 100% of the whole page…so as a follow-up question, is there a way to limit the width of the content area, like to only 1000 pixels or something?

In reply to: [Virtue] Ummm…where is the menu?Respectfully, it kind of doesn’t. For the record, the behavior of not showing all existing pages by default is pretty weird. It’s not like I’m a WP genius or anything, but I’ve worked with a *lot* of different themes before and haven’t ever run into that concept before.
But I managed to get the menu to show now by creating a custom menu. So thanks.

In reply to: [Virtue] Ummm…where is the menu?…I’ve never had to create a custom menu in any other theme…didn’t even occur to me. So…it won’t just show the default menu?

In reply to: [Slideshow] Default click action to open full image? As noted on the other topic I started, I can’t provide a link as I’m working with the plugin in dev mode…
What I’d like to do is pretty simple. I’d like the photos in the slideshow to link to their full-size versions, so that if a user clicks on one they get the full-size picture. Like how a thumbnail works.
There is the option to set a custom URL for each picture, and of course I could copy and paste the URL for the full size version of each picture into that field…but it just seems like there ought to be an option to do that automatically, as I would imagine vast numbers of people would want to do that.

In reply to: [Slideshow] Show just description, and not the title?I am working with this plugin in development…not on a site with external access, so I can’t provide a link.
But I think the request is fairly self-explanatory…if you create a slideshow, and the pictures you include have a title and a description, both are shown in the slideshow. By default, all photos have a “title” because it defaults to using the filename as the title.
I would just like to flip a switch somewhere and tell it to not display titles…ever. They’re of no value, since they’re just the filename. Descriptions though are descriptive…and I’d like to have them displayed. As it is, it looks like I’d have to go through all the photos and delete the auto-populated “titles” from the filename.

In reply to: [Owl Carousel] Continuous play?Yeah, but it doesn’t just simply scroll through at a constant rate. A picture speeds in, stops and shows for a while, then speeds out. I’d like it to just simply be a continuous scrolling motion, not stopping at any point and no speed changes.

In reply to: Need small side-by-side images to wrap and/or be responsiveOh wait…think I figured out what was causing that. Apparently, inserting the middle image with the “center” alignment set is what forces new lines. If I insert the left one left-aligned, the center one with “none” alignment, and the right one right-aligned, it seems to work.

In reply to: Need small side-by-side images to wrap and/or be responsiveThanks…but something isn’t working. They always go on seperate lines – whether I specify the alignment for them or not.
Following the links you provided I looked in the style.css to see if the float stuff was included…looks like it was…so I’m at a loss as to why this isn’t working…
#content .alignleft, #content img.alignleft { display: inline; float: left; margin-right: 24px; margin-top: 4px; } #content .alignright, #content img.alignright { display: inline; float: right; margin-left: 24px; margin-top: 4px; } #content .aligncenter, #content img.aligncenter { clear: both; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } #content img.alignleft, #content img.alignright, #content img.aligncenter { margin-bottom: 12px;
