A quick fix would be to just list them in your sidebar manually. G/L.

After 3 requests in 9 minutes, I’m thinking nobody here right now is familiar with your problem (especially on one particular theme), and your best bet is to wait until tomorrow and see if you get any answers or just switch themes. G/L.
