Having tested with a fresh install of the site I noticed that this script is not showing up on the main site when the page is loaded:

I checked that the file is intact and has the correct code in it, which it does.
Can anyone suggest what could be preventing this script from loading please?

I’m having the same issue here, no apply now button visible on the single job page. Also using the Field Editor plugin, but deactivating it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
Does anyone know how to get the button back?

I am also looking for a solution to this, please can you advise asap how to add it?

You can turn off automatic event display in the options panel.

However, the problem I am having is when I try to enable a decoration it doesn’t show up on the front end. Only the timeline seems to be effective.

Also the previews do not work for me in the admin area, I just see a grey screen.

Please can you advise how we get this plugin working properly or do some bug fixing, as it’s a really great concept!

I now have the system working with the free version.
The only issue is that it reverts to the base currency on checkout.
I think this is probably because the merchant account is not set up to accept multiple currencies, so I will request this and retest it once activated.

The code I have used to embed the device and video is as below:

I saw your post in the other thread and made this modification, but I am told by my client that there is no difference on his iPad.

Also having to ‘click and drag’ to the next item does not sound like a good solution for site users who obviously have no idea about the issue. But thank you all the same for your suggestion.

I am really waiting on the theme developers to address the issue and fix it properly. I am very surprised that it’s taking this long to figure out, personally, as this thread is not the first one to mention the problem.

Perhaps one of the theme developers could acknowledge this to reassure us that it’s being worked on…?

So now I have purchased the Enigma Pro theme and moved everything over to it.
I was hoping that the iPad menu issue would be resolved in the Pro version, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case..!
We are still seeing the sub-menu drop down behind the slider when it’s first clicked.
Can anyone offer the solution to this by way of a code edit, or let me know when it’s likely to be resolved for all versions of the theme please?
Really really keen to get past this issue now, as everything else is perfect!

Yep I’ll second that.
An excellent theme overall for sure, but those menu issues on the iPad could really do with some urgent attention please, if possible.
We’re seeing the sub menu go behind the slider and it becomes un-clickable.

Issue resolved – it was due to ‘Enable Mobile Zoom’ under Layout settings being disabled. Cheers
