Followup: That example text in the OP for the second field, csv_post_post, didn’t display in the browser as expected but has no bearing on the issue at hand. Also, these are the fields I am using:

csv_post_title,csv_post_post,csv_post_type,csv_post_categories,csv_post_tags,csv_post_date

Thanks. I’ll try that. I don’t have notepad. I’m on a mac. Assuming TextEditor is the same. I typically use Coda to tweak php pages.

PS: I figured bumping isn’t allowed but how else to get some attention to it? Sit and wait while the post gets buried? That’s rhetorical. I’m just venting over some of the frustrations with WP, this issue and the image crunching freeze ups.

I agree with Tevya. Besides, adding to an ongoing problem is relevant, irregardless of the age of the OP.

The “Back” issue appears to be fixed now. I just dl this plugin for my new WP and tried to reproduce the error you spoke about. No issues. (using OSX 10.5.8 with Safari 5.0.6)

I didn’t bother with clearing cookies, opting to try again. Worked this time. Cranky code? The time images I was uploading were small, each 256kb.

Been having similar trouble too with WP 3.5.2 (installed last week), on a OSX 10.5.8 using Safari 5.0.6.

Sometimes the upload feature (after dragging images to the screen, or selecting the files manually) will freeze. I typically only have to log out of admin and log back in. But today that doesn’t work either. I’ll have to try the cookies suggestion.
