@babylon1999 could please explain plain and simple how COD triggers the tracking? or does it not trigger it? or is it as simple as getting to the order received page? please advise

@babylon1999 no custom workflow for cod, we just manually set it to completed once paid. so how are COD orders tracked in GA4?

I have made 5 test orders and only 1 was tracked but I am not sure what triggers it.

It looks like your shop page is in a redirect loop. A lot of potential causes though. Try:

• Clearing cache
• Review if correct shop page is set on WooCommerce>Settings>Products>Shop Page
• Check redirects (redirection plugins, Yoast, etc.)
• Test for plugin and theme conflict

Try clearing(or deactivating) your cache plugin as well as any cache you have on the hosting.

@catwingz did you still need help for this? what theme are you using? if you check the code you should be able to see the CSS classes and add styling as you need.

we have tested this and cannot replicate the issue. if you have a staging site, please try disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and our plugin and test again. it would also help if you test using a basic theme like storefront. if it works fine then one of your plugins is conflicting with ours.

this is most likely because the server cannot handle processing large amounts of data. try reducing the number of items per export
