@mhalavo I have checked your site and I noticed the checkout page looks like it is customized. Am I correct in assuming this? also what theme are you using? The only possible problem I see here is that if the checkout page is indeed custom built so the default Woocommerce hooks wont be on the template and therefore the plugin cannot ‘hook’ into the checkout page.

I can get the eurostile font to work when I use font family in our css but not when using it on typography. both librestile fonts does not work either on css or typography.

@sunb1 this is updated now, you can now update the plugin to v1.3.2 which is the patched version

Can you try testing for plugin conflicts? to do this, you need to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and our plugin then do an export again. if you get the desired data then there must be a conflict. try to enable the plugins 1 by 1 and doing an export each time until you get an error. The last plugin you enabled is the one in conflict.

Unfortunately as much as we want to support every theme and plugin there is on the wordpress repository there are these instances where conflicts happen. Maybe if you can reach out to flatsome they may be able to see where the conflict in their theme is and we might be able to work it out. Our themes are using standard coding that is compatible with Woocommerce codes.

Can you try this with all plugins disabled except for WooCommerce and Quantity Field on Shop Page for WooCommerce while using a basic theme like Twenty Twenty-Three?
