looks like it changed how the text in the main form on our site displays though… will see if we can address that ourselves here.

I was able to resolve the issue by having our host upgrade our server from apache 3 / php 5.6 to apache 4 / php 7.

thanks Kyle! I started searching and located where visibility for audio, video was set to “invisible” in the css… commented it out and the videos now appear — brilliant!

In the Write Options – Post section, we added the following to “Your own options”:

slug: title this whatever you like. we used “duplicate post – clone button”
custom slug: td.title.column-title.has-row-actions.column-primary.page-title > div.row-actions > span.clone > a

While this didn’t remove the divider between “clone | new draft”, it did remove the clone text and link, which was the main goal.

Hey guys, thanks again for offering to help troubleshoot this display issue!

Although my workaround solved the display issue for the widget(s) on our site, the issue still persists on each testimonial page.

An example of this can be seen here.

I’ve gone ahead and created a sandbox version of our site for troubleshooting and believe I’ve found the culprit.

After deactivating all plugins, then reactivating them one-by-one, making sure to check the URL display after reactivating each plugin, it appears as though the following plugin is the source of the conflict:

External Links

Ideally, we’d like to keep using the External Links plugin and I’ve just now also reached out to the plugin author for assistance.

Any further assistance you may be able to provide is greatly appreciated!

Normally, I’d be happy to, but every time we do this there are theme settings that do not seem to automatically configure themselves when reactivating, which makes for difficulty / unnecessary work on our end.

Since I’ve added the value: enable_schema=”false” to our shortcode, the issue is no longer present in our WP installation.

I’ll just chalk it up to a conflict somewhere in the pipeline that need not be addressed further at this time.
