Is that some problem? It used to be more valid one when I used yoast plugin with jnews theme. Now that I changed to Bimber with your plugin it has less of it.

I use Jnews theme. They have a Jnews AMP plugin that modified some structures. It works fine on non-amp pages, but not on AMP.
