Hi, I’ve installed your plugin and everything works great with default products and variations, but I can’t find a way to add the EAN field on a custom product type I’ve created on my ecommerce. Do you have any documentation specific for this case?

    Hi @tomstardust,

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are experiencing with the EAN for WooCommerce plugin.

In order for us to assist you with this matter, we would need to know what plugin you are using to create the custom product type. This will help us determine the specific steps you need to take in order to add the EAN field to your custom product type.

Once we have this information, we will be happy to provide you with any guidance to help you resolve this issue.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

Hi, thanks for your reply! I’ve discovered that the issue was related to the position of the EAN field on the product edit page.

Now I’ve moved the field on the “advanced” tab and it works on every product, even the custom ones. The “inventory” tab wasn’t always visible on the custom products.
