How to configure for IceCast stream?

The included instructions in the readme.txt and support pages on your website only mention how to configure this for a ShoutCast stream. However, I’m using an IceCast stream and can’t seem to get this working. Would you kindly add or point me in the direction of IceCast specific setup instructions?
