WP User Control does not integrate with Facebook Connect at this time, but yes, it is possible we could add this integration in a future release.

At this time WP User Control does not have a shortcode, it is designed for widgetized areas only. We may look at adding that functionality in a future release.

Responsive themes should not be an issue. We have successfully tested WP User Control with numerous responsive themes. We cannot tell exactly why, however both the WP User Control stylesheet and the WP User Control javascript are not being loaded. It may have something to do with either your theme, or with another plugin you are using. WP User Control enqueues both the stylesheet and javascript via standard WP functions into the page HEAD tag, so something is preventing them from loading.

We recommend trying another theme to see if the one you are using is causing the error. If that does not reveal the issue, then try disabling other plugins to see if there is a conflict.

Is this a WPMS or WP standard installation? It is very strange that no message is returned to the WP User Control widget registration tab when you click Register.

If the standard WP process cannot create a new user account then there is definitely something up with your WP setup. If you want, send us a link to your site at [email protected] and we’ll take a look.
