In reply to: New Users aren't being counted as followersMy site is a .com site. It shows that I have over 500 subscribers. The amount increased for about a month after switching to a .com and then it hasn’t gone up since. It’s weird because if you look at the list of followers it will show some new followers a day or two ago. But the number doesn’t go up and the emails I get about new registered users never shows up anywhere on my blog.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Follower count not updatingHi,
I have a blog https://searchingforthehappiness.com that uses Jetpack. I have been having a problem for several months now where I will get emails about new registered users on my blog (as many as 10 in a day) but my follower count has not changed to reflect these new users. My follower count has stayed static since I switched over from wordpress.com Can you suggest anything I could do?Thanks so much,

In reply to: Lost jetpack when went to updateMy mistake. I assumed that if I got a plugin from wordpress, and if I was using the wordpress site, I would get some help with this wordpress problem. At least I had gotten help in the past including help with my stats.

In reply to: Lost jetpack when went to updateI have no idea how to do that. How will I get my stats back? Why do I keep getting a white page when I click on different buttons?

In reply to: Change user nameI’m referring to my user name when I log in. I know I can have a “nickname” change on my site.
