In reply to: Missing filesThank you for the link.
I can’t follow the instructions, since I have to use my last backup from my old host that I saved through backup in cpanel. I was hacked & my old host still didn’t put me back up yet.
Should I delete the databases & start over & try & install again through backup & restore in cpanel?
Thank you again!

I’ve tried every single fix from the forums here updating to larger sizes (64, 128 & even 256) etc

In reply to: Can't update WP or one of my pluginsI also tried to even activate it (since it’s not activated) & it said this
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

In reply to: Can't update WP or one of my pluginsI have some sort of memory usage issue. My host says I have a 16g php limit (checked if it was that) & the versions of software they have installed at the moment.
I added/updated code to places like php.ini, wp-settings, etc. I have tried from 32 to 64 to 128 & even up to 256
All the other plugins updated perfectly except that one. When I’m in I have to disable that before I get in, even then it won’t allow me to update & gives me that error. Is there another way to do it (or how is it done manually?)
Thank you soooooo much for the help. I am not good at this stuff at all. I have been reading & reading all over for weeks & keep trying all the new steps I find & nothing is working properly. When the wp-ecommerce is there I can’t login at all (get an error too)
