I think it was because I was testing in preview instead of placing it on an actual page. Thank you and sorry for taking up your time.

I haven’t talked to them directly but my client has and was specifically told he has to have a full shopping cart and a different payment gateway, not paypal.

I am having the same problem. Am using the PullOut Widget plugin, which worked before I loaded Nextgen onto the site. If I disable nextgen then it works again. Have just uploaded the new beta version as recommended above must no joy I’m afraid.
