Hi, You are using the Wiziapp free mobile theme which is sponsored by ads, we have clearly declared about it in the Wiziapp plugin – Settings page – WebApp Ad space, it is the first paragraph beneath the general settings and as you can see it is clearly declared.

You can purchase the Ads removal module, or keep the theme free with our ads, or deactivate it.

BTY, we display ads only for the free users, any user that is buying the monetization module or the native App is considered a premium user and no ads or Wiziapp brand is displayed in any of our products (mobile themes or Apps).

There are so many lies, that is it hard to count it and answer it…

We have explained this customer that when he has an open dispute with PayPal, we can’t make a refund, it is PayPal rules not ours, we told him we were about to make the refund, but could not do it technically because he kept the dispute open (he closed it and then reopened it before we had a chance to refund!!!) and we asked him to close it again so we can make the refund, he did not answer.

We sent him a week ago a copy of the Email which was sent to him in the past which shows our request to close the dispute he reopened, this Email was never answered, since then he keeps opening topics about this subject.

He Emailed us again 3 days ago and asked how long will it take to get the refund, we told him, it will take just 1 minute, but before we can do it, he needs to close and delete all the lies he is spreading publicly and we are still saying, even now, delete all the lies and make sure the dispute is closed and we will make the refund right away.

We are not sure if this guy just loves spreading lies? OR perhaps he does not understand English so well? When we asked him to close the dispute, perhaps he did not understand it? one thing is certain, we have been serving WP customers honestly for over 6 years and we will keep doing so.

We can’t find this exchange on our Email server, searching your name we can find a lot of info about the data you need to send us so we can upload your App, we can see a lot of files you did send us for your App, we can’t see any refund request.

But if there is a problem, if indeed as you are saying, a refund was promised and by mistake was not done, why are you not Emailing us? We answer every Email within hours in the worst case. Email us, send us the payment details, if there was a conversation between us, you can also reply it, this way it will be easier to find what is it about, but is it so hard to Email & check what is the status of a refund? Why go public with such lies? When all you need to do is write a short Email to support with a simple question “This is my purchase details, What is the status of a refund I requested?”

Yes, the WordPress content is updated automatically on the native Apps.

The push notification is sent automatically for each new post, you can set the text message for each post and decide if to send a message or not for each post.

The APK for the Android App, is created by the users, after they have completed the App settings (you will see all the settings options as soon as you will completed the purchase).

The iPhone App uploading (unlike the android) is done by us, to ensure it will pass the Apple review process.

Hi, There is no App native feature which specifically supports Geo targeting, if you have a plugin which enables it, it should be supported on the App.

There was a temp error on our web site images database, which was fixed, & has nothing to do with the Wiziapp plugins, products and services.

Hi, the Wiziapp powered themes are compatible with Woocommerce, there are no current plans to add support for the plugin you have mentioned, however, if you have an interest in native Apps, you can create both Android and iPhone App based on your responsive theme.
