In reply to: [Easy Duplicate Woo Order] Infinite loop when duplicating an orderMake sure “High-performance order storage (recommended)” is enabled and
the order edit link is- wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders&action=edit
If your site use old edit post method (wp-admin/post.php?post=467&action=edit) for order, then this plugin might not work. I checked the plugin in multiple sites and all are working fine.
When duplicating an order, the browser tab automatically redirect few times.

In reply to: [Easy Duplicate Woo Order] Need to recalculate OrderHi,
I understand the issue. By default, when you add a new item or change amount in the order, you need to click recalculate to update the total price. It already has the function to get the total amount from the original order and no need to recalculate. The total amount is not calculate while making the duplicate but simply copy the amount from the database. If you change the order total in the database and if the Copy Old Price option is enabled, the amount will be copied whether it correct or not.If you are using old version of woocommerce please update it and i would suggest to enable “High-performance order storage” from the woocommerce setting (Advanced>Features)
Thank youForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Custom Product in Woo Order] Plugin don’t workBy default,?the woocommerce order list page and order edit page URL is-?wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders
But on your website, I found that the URL is- /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order
For security reasons, our plugin loads some JS files based on admin access and the URL. Since the URL is different, some of the files and code couldn’t load in the order edit page, causing the issue.
If you are using any plugin that changes the URL, please deactivate it and try.If the problem still exists please let me know.

In reply to: [Easy Duplicate Woo Order] Update Price of the itemsHi,
Thank you for your feedback and for using our plugin!
The plugin duplicates all the data from the original order, including the prices and all the metadata that were set at the time of the original purchase. We understand the need to reflect updated prices when duplicating an order, especially when product prices have changed. However, the product price of each order item is saved as order metadata in the database, so when the plugin duplicates the order, it copies the item from the original order rather than retrieving the latest price from the product catalog.
In earlier versions, we retrieved the current product prices, but this caused issues, particularly for users with multi-currency setups. If you have multiple currencies enabled and the order currency differs from the default, the prices would be pulled in the default currency. For example, if a product is priced at 13 USD but the order is in CAD, the duplicated order would set the price to 13 CAD, which is incorrect. Most currency converters do not save the converted price in the database, and since exchange rates change frequently, it’s difficult to accurately apply the correct multi-currency pricing for each order.
Additionally, if you’ve added any custom products (our upcoming plugin) to the order, their prices will not update correctly either.
At the moment, you can manually update the product prices in the duplicated order after it has been created.
Thank you again for your suggestion, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or requests!
Best regards,
