Sorry for the late answer …
When Categories/Tags are not unique and WordPress permalink is set to: /%category%/%postname%/ ,then categories and tags will be included in the URL.

In this plugin it’s not included to add PAGE categories and tags (+page) in the URL.

The reason is that i have to choose between post or page categories.
One of both can have this categorie images and there i’m developing a page categorie plugin … i have choose this one ??

I have updated my manual with next text (which is the missing setting)
Please beware that this function is only available if the setting Add Categories Pages are set to UNIQUE
By set this setting to unique, the category images will be available.

for POSTS: get_the_category();
for PAGES: get_the_terms( $post->ID, ‘categories’ );

To avoid using 2 codes (pages and posts), use the shortcode: wudrelated
can be used as follows:
[wudrelated] = Displays all related post and/or pages.
Extra parameters:
[wudrelated max=”x”] where X is the maximum records to show
[wudrelated flat=”1″] shows the post/pages next to each other instead as list
[wudrelated title=”x”] shows a custom title instead the title entered in the admin page
[wudrelated include=”category”] shows also the related categories
The parameters can be mixed in one shortcode

Optional parameters:
[wudrelated type=”page”] = Displays all related pages
[wudrelated type=”post”] = Displays all related posts.
These parameters cannot be used together with the others.

Did you read the update notice?

If you have a version from before 2.4.4 – Your attention is required
This is a major update from Category to Pages WUD, which require some attention!

Therfore, if you are using ANY caching plugin like WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache or another one, please switch it off and clean the cache files.
After this has been executed you can enable the caching plugin without any problems.
This action wil cleanup old Category to Pages WUD data which is changed and ensure proper operation of our plug-in..

Please check all the Category to Pages WUD settings and save them.
