Also, in the interim, if we decide to use PHP code, will the following work?

I’ve had my own developers modify your plugin to fix this because you were taking too long to respond.

Have a look at the custom-taxonomy category page below.
Custom taxonomy = cake-delivery Category = Delhi
Scroll down until you see the subcategories of Delhi. Mouse hover on each displays the description, which it really shouldnt.
