I found a fix. I actually found it in your Asgaros Support Forum.
I used the following filter:

add_filter(‘edit_profile_url’, ‘my_edit_profile_url’, 10, 3);
function my_edit_profile_url($url, $user_id, $scheme) {
return home_url(‘/user/’.$user_id);
}

It is now no longer using the wp-admin for profile editing, but is using Ultimate Member as expected.

Is there an option of adding this as a setting in Asgaros Settings? I see a lot of people struggling with this on.

I consider this issue resolved.

My apologies for the late reply. I am using Ultimate Member.
I figured out the issue. The Edit Profile is re-directing me to the wp-admin and the user role does not have access to wp-admin.

I need the edit profile to point to
https://the5thshot.co.za/user/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit
user-edit.php

and not the profile edit for wp-admin.

Let me try and explain myself better

UM is purely a membership and profile management plugin, and it is pretty good at that ??

ZBS is exactly what I need in terms of the debtors management and CRM functions. It is the login for the Front-End Client Dashboard that I am having a problem with.

What would be a perfect solution for me is if I could point the ZBS login page for the Client Dashboard to the UM Login, as on https://admin.wiresandwifi.co.za/login/ instead of the default login screen for ZBS Client Dashboard.

It appears that ZBS is using the default WordPress login, as the “Lost Password” link also points to the wordpress password reset function. (https://admin.wiresandwifi.co.za/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword)

Again, many thanks and apologies if I am unable to explain myself properly.

Thanks for the reply.

In short, as it stands now, I want UM to perform user management, and not have an additional user management platform.

Most plugins that I use that uses any form of user management, gives you the option to specify a custome login page. This effectively allows you to have a single login page for the entire website, as opposed to having two plugins manging users.

Apologies, just to add. The above happen in Edge. In Brave and Chrome it shows a small block icon, but also not the icon as is setup on the catagory. I also resaved the catagory, but that did ot help.

Kindly confirm whether this plugin is still supported? I do not want to risk paying for needed add-ons.

Ok, so it seems I pickup the problem. Firstly, I tried to delete and redo the two user roles not working but they would not delete. I then reasided that the user role that did work was a um_custom role. I created two new rules, updated the form and they are now working.

OK, Regarding the upload function not working, just an update, it appears to be a compatibillity issue with a plugin called “NextGen Gallery” I disabled the plugin and the image is loading.

The only item I will greatly appreciate some help with is the custom code that will allow me to hide the listing contact details for users that are not logged in.
