  • Who is your hosting provider/site manager? Contact them about it and they should be able to get it sorted for you.

Once they have, try re-installing the theme – the semicolon is present on line 291 of the file on the theme version from www.remarpro.com.

Let me reassure you that Ballyhoo (the theme) is perfectly safe – I use it on my own blog (blog.calumchilds.com) and it has been rigorously tested by the WordPress Theme Review team to make sure it is safe and fit for use on WordPress websites.

I hope you get this sorted. If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.

    Hi @barefootmimi ,

You may need to go to line 291 and add a semicolon (;) to the end of that line. That seems to be what’s causing the issue. (Assuming the website is https://practicalprepping4all.com/)

To do this, go to your WordPress admin area, then Appearance > Theme Editor and then click on the Theme Functions (functions.php) file on the right.

I hope this solves your problem.

    Hi @barefootmimi ,

Sorry to hear about this. Could you paste the full error message for me so I can figure out where it’s going wrong?
