  • I am also having the same issue.

I am trying to add a simple BOLD tag to our answer text that says “correct”.

It is formatted like this in the slickquiz field
    <b>Correct!</b>

    https://www.windward.net/slickquiz-beautiful-reports/

However when the quiz is run only plain text appears. I have tried other HTML tags and I am not able to make any appear (I tried <i> <u>

      <l> <img>)

    Any ideas?

    OK,

    I upgraded to 2.6.10.

    The error was present

I started replacing the following files from 2.6.9 to the 2.6.10 plugin directory.

After each file I tried to activate the plugin and test for the error by loading the site

    1) I replaced crayon_formatter.class.php – error still present
    2) I replaced crayon_wp.class.php – WORKING
    3) Did not test crayon_settings.class.php
    4) Did not test crayon_setting_wp.class.php

As a final test I removed the current crayon syntax highlighter directory and downloaded 2.7.0_beta from Github

Installing 2.7.0_beta fresh – error no longer exists but the plugin wants to be “upgraded” to 2.6.10 ( I am assuming it is just the software update check response returned from WordPress that is not aware of 2.7.0_beta as an official version)

So, 2.7.0_beta seems to have the issue resolved.

The original error received from IIS is as follows below.

    Error Summary
HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\v5.3\php-cgi.exe – The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
    Detailed Error Information

    Physical Path C:\inetpub\wwwroot\windward\wp-admin\plugins.php

Looks like you have fixed it in the latest version but I hope this info helps.

    Thanks for digging into this.

    Yes,

We are running a windows installation (IIS 7.5, Win Server 2008 R2) as well. Luckily we did not publish the updated plugin files to our production servers. If you want a copy of 2.6.9, I created a ZIP file. It seems that SVN is missing that version the site here.

    Hi Baden,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Commenting out the older version of JQuery resolved the issue.

It is great to see the support in this community. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion. I did disable the Strong Testimonials plugin but the issue still exists, so good news for you.

I will keep testing other items. I am tracking down the person that manages our CSS and javascript loading as they might have made some changes that would affect Collaspe-o-matic.

yes, that’s correct. there is an internal page and that is being returned. I deleted the internal page and now I am getting a page not found error so I am assuming that it is still trying to redirect to the internal page.

I really think this is the best redirect plugin out there as it captures incoming requests, lists when redirects were last used, created and how often they are hit. I have not found another that gives this much information.

My management is asking me to look at other plugins at this point. I really hope I can get this resolved because I feel your plugin in superior to others.

    Update:

I found the table in the database listing the links and removed the ID manually and created it again. The link keeps redirecting to the URL specified in the filter and not the action taken field.

    /resources/samples 64.58.7.38
    Redirect to

    /resources/samples/ 2014/09/19 04:09:37 PM

The rule is built as follows:

    /resources/samples

Edit | Trash | View Logs

    Manual External https://www.windward.net/category/samples

    301 1 2014/09/19 04:09:37 PM 2014/09/19 04:09:37 PM

Every other link redirection I put in works except this one and as you can see from the logs it is redirecting to the same URL, not the external one.

Any idea what might be happening?

Issue was that PHP Browser Detect plugin was active. mdempfle is checking code calls to prevent this in the future.

Excellent Support! Really happy with this product and the response given.

Is there a way to clear out the DB? My suspicion is that there may be something in the DB that was left over from the old version that may be causing the issue?

I have removed the plugin, reinstalled by just copying the ZIP into the plugins directory and using the default, just to get the default URL that ships with the product to display. It is still picking up on my old settings, so I am guessing the DB has them stored and is using them.
