Deleting the file from the live site and adding it again worked. I thought I had tried this before. Hopefully the next time I push changes from the staging site it won’t get screwed up again.

Hi Jamie, Bottom menu, far right “Historical Items…” Member password is CharterOak. Then the last link under Historical Items (“Interview with…”). The link is to a mp3 file in the media library. It works fine on my staging site, but won’t play on the live site.

Hi – I keep getting “Failed to open stream:Permission denied” error in function.php when trying the Analyze step.
Could you please recommend other plugins that you think do the job. Finding one that really deletes (only) unused thumbnails is driving me crazy.

As far as I know, no plugins were involved. Just ordinary menus.
