Edit Dashboard
Edit Files
Export
Manage Options (I think it’s this one)
Read (and maybe this one)

So, I installed the Members plugin and set it up, but I still cannot see the Admin Bar when I am set as an Editor, but am I supposed to?
How are no-admins meant to edit pages?

If you are using free hosting, its that.
If you are not, disable all plugins and use the defualt theme to test, then turn everyhting back on to find the culprit.
