In reply to: [Classic Editor] Visual view not workingI’m having an even worse problem, it no longer shows me the option for Visual…
I really don’t like the Block Editor, and don’t feel like having to code it all, but coding seeming easier/more logical than the Blocks.I really feel like I can’t use WP at all with these convoluted changes. They try to make it all fancy and end up screwing it up. It wasn’t broke, why did they try to fix it?? Cause now it is broke.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Already uninstalled itNo, having to have tutorials is a sign of a poorly designed interface. I couldn’t find a toolbar for styles of font, links, alignment, all the things that a text editor needs. The basic stuff that the classic WP editor has, which is limited, imo.
Gutenberg is too unique. It has a lot of great features that were easily discoverable, but I couldn’t figure out how to do just the basic stuff by just looking. And it’s the little things that make something efficient and usable. So, it would be an interface change needed: a toolbar for text editing/formatting.
Thanks

In reply to: [Easy PayPal & Stripe Buy Now Button] Can’t use already created buttonsI was unaware of the lack of api for it, and not really talking about the api, I’m talking about html. I’m able to copy html code into an html editor and it creates buttons for web, I do it for Lightroom, mostly. I don’t see how it can be so difficult to import html into WordPress and have it create buttons and dropdown menus. Maybe my low rating should go to WordPress as a whole for that inability. But it seemed like being able to grab html and create a button based on that html should be a logical part of a plugin designed to use PayPal buttons.
I wouldn’t mark a plugin low for it not having a feature that is unrelated to the purpose of the plugin.

In reply to: [Advanced Page Manager] Great tree, no sorting ,can't add new pageOk, that makes sense. That’s a very good organizational feature. It was an unexpected change, causing confusion.

In reply to: [Advanced Page Manager] Great tree, no sorting ,can't add new pageon the side bar, the “New Page” link is gone, and the top wp bar link to add a new page takes me to the list of pages. And on the page that lists all the pages there isn’t a “add new” link.
True, the language is not the only reason for the poor rating. It was also very confusing to figure out what I was supposed to do with the plugin. It wasn’t simple enough, I can’t afford to waste my time with a huge learning curve for a plugin that I just want to change metadata for my homepage.
