I found I had to fix this via activating a different theme then delete my desired theme to reupload it. :S

When pressing F12 to get into a firebug similar tool to inspect the code I dont actually see any area in google chrome’s main browser highlight the search areas it just goes over the navigation bar.

Thank you very much for this observation Questas_admin! I didn’t check this section – it had some default stuff including search altogether nothing I wanted so I removed it all. This area now looks like the below screenshot though the issue persists!

Yes Bemdesign this helps quite a bit as I didn’t know where to start, now I have ideas of where to go with my interest of making these modifications versus just pondering it over.
