Any way to disable that? Great idea and functionality, and while we like the ease of just highlighting and sharing, we do not want to have markup all over the pages like this.

I have done a few “tests” — and it seems that it always happens at the start of “antage”. If I misspell the word as advntage, then there is no issue. If I misspell it as advvantage, it still starts the span class at the “antage”. Very odd….

I am using it pretty much as a fresh install with the rounded theme. It let’s me change the speed from 1000 to 3000 for example, but as soon as I click save it goes right back to 1000.

Thanks for checking in, but not sure what you mean here Alex. We will have multiple user types that are all a “subscriber” role. Type A, Type B, Type C — all “subscribers”, but all seeing different things. It wouldn’t be possible to just assign them all to the subscriber role as that would not capture the “Type”

I went into the layout.css under edit plugins and changed the following line .srp-widget-title {} to be .srp-widget-title {display:none}

This may mess me up at another time, and will break on update, but I am using the shortcode to pull in my blog posts and do not need, nor do I want it to say “Special Recent Posts” at the top of the page – that would mean nothing to readers.

EDIT: Rather than the above, just add this to your shortcode

widget_title_hide='yes'

No issues then with updates etc!

Anyone able to update users on the T&C?

I was experiencing what I think is the same issue – make sure not to select a WordPress role and it will not do this. Basically if you assign your new group a “Subscriber” then all who are subscribers will be in that role

Were you able to figure this out? I also have to bulk register users and right now it looks like I would need to load all of them, and then go into their profiles and assign their user groups. Would love to be able to assign at registration/account creation if possible.

this sounds just like the issue I was having and I *think* I have it resolved by building groups and NOT selecting a user roll (subscriber). this way each member can be fine-tuned into the appropriate groups.

I think I resolved this issue by updating my groups to *NOT* have a role affiliation. I built just Group 1, Group 2, etc – and did not set them as “subscribers” — no I can adjust each individual user. Tying the group to “subscriber” seemed to apply the group to ALL subscribers. Makes sense in my head now

Running into the same issue now as well. All new users are being assigned to all of my groups and I cannot change what groups they belong to.

Would also like to know this as I would like to add some content to my login page and not just a full-sized login box!

Same issue here — for both existing users and new users. I have two groups for subscribers. Group1 to see content1, and Group2 to see content2. But all of my subscriber users are in both groups, and though I can see the checkboxes on their profiles they are greyed out and uncheckable.
