Thanks for your response, sorry that you have not heard back from me.
Unfortunately I did not have had the time to dive into this further so the problem is not yet resolved.

The logs are clean and there is nothing special to see in the Status because everything works fine except that I cannot send mail from my webshop@mybusiness.

I think the problem lies in the fact that I have configured the SMTP plugin (Post SMTP) to connect with my Google Workspace allowing the website to send mail from the info@mybusiness.

It’s not possible to add a second mailadres (webshop@) to the SMTP plugin, allowing the website to send mail from a second adres.

Could this be the problem? 

If so, why do others not have the same problem ?

Hi, thanx for your respons but that was what i ment with: “I know that I can change the mails in?the settingspage:?wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email”

Already changed that but does only partly the job.
The “sender” mail is still the admin@mybusiness
The replymail is webhop@mybusiness
I receive?ordermails?in my webshop@mybusiness mail but the sender is admin@..

Same problem here.
And it is something that i have for years now.

My guess is that it has something tot do with anti-virus programs that “scans” the link…

No solution so far here other then give te client a few new tries for the link.

Same problem here after updating.
Trail and error disabling / enabling plugins.
Found that WooCommerce Email Customizer was the problem in my case.
Updated to latest version fixed it!

Ik blijf maar bovenin hebben staan “My Basket” “Items” en “Checkout” …
Kan je mij zeggen hoe je dat gefixed hebt ?
