Dear David,

I cannot figure out how to do this:

In wordpress Dashboard: Slider Pro / Add New
– Name: sliderA
– Click to add image => Add Media
– choice: ‘select files’ goes to my local files and after that it (all of them) puts it in wp-content/uploads.
– choise: ‘drop files to upload’ has the same result
– choice: left side ‘insert from URL’ want to put the (online, eg https://myvoyages.nl/test/galleries-test-a/aa04-1982-africa.jpg) image in a post, not into the gallery.

Am I missing something?

Doing so the imported image will be put in the ‘uploads’ folder.

In the media library ‘uploads’ there come all the images of all my sliders together, as a big bunch.

Is there no way to avoid this?

I’ll going to use the slider for further testing and possibly keep using it.

I copied the code as is at the bottom in the file functions.php of my theme directory (Twenty Ten), but then get the next message:

ParseError thrown
syntax error, unexpected token “$”, expecting variable
