Hi @siobhyb, thanks so much for the reply. I’m new to WordPress, so when I deactivate each plugin, how do I check to see if it makes a difference? Would I refresh the wp-admin/error_log page each time and then scroll to the bottom to look for something different? Thanks again!

I found the problem with the extra space… please disregard. Still need help with excerpt length!
