Yes, I do have access to FTP, but in the grand scheme of things it causes me some concerns and does not give me a ‘warm and fuzzy’ feeling leaving me with a sense of protection. Perhaps it is ‘control’ (or the lack there of) of not having the files in my possession on my own network LOL
Shall take the information you provided and see how to incorporate it into my world and make for my peace of mind LOL
Truly do enjoy and appreciate your plugin! Need to open another ticket for another error though that I have encountered a couple of times.

Not sure – the email is sitting in my inbox after being received from the system. I contains four or five links and an email address. Appear to be ‘dead when I attempt to click on and access the links.

Not sure what you mean ‘over (log).’ What does this mean and how is that determined?
Thank you – this is the one thing thus far I have not yet been able to explain to the customer and is at the moment the ‘hang up’ on selling them.

In the CRM module.
Would seem to me that there should be a status assigned to the task. Eve though the task has been worked, it remains on the schedule – not necessarily a bad thing but perhaps and update to the display (color/font?) of the task to show it is not ‘active’ or waiting on action.
If someone was to transfer a customer to someone else, or leave the company how would the next person know the status of the task? As well, how management needs the ability to see the work status and progress of tasks. As well for the effectiveness of actions to be gaged. The ultimately for the sales/marketing rep to be able to track progress and determine tasks left/completed.
As well on the schedule, tasks seem to be listed (mixed up) by the entry time of the task – tasks are not sorted in ascending/descending order by time.
My apologies, a knee jerk reaction after a frantic call from the owner of the company. Believe the workaround and solution were found.

For verification, I am running WP ERP Version 1.1.11
Please correct me if I am wrong, just went to check it out and did not find the Assign a Company when the client is being added initially. From what I am seeing in my current environment is to add the client, save the client and then go back into the client screen. Not able to add the customer (to the client) when the client is created.
IMHO, the option should be a function available when the client is entered. Is not in most often does the Company not exist when the client is created?

Again, love the plugin more and more as I become familiar with the workings of it. As well, let me again offer my services in BETA testing and in anyway I may be of service to the development, maintenance and use of the plugin.
An additional question that came to mind tonight – are there any planned modifications to the export function of the plugin? Have a need to export from the CRM into another plugin and the ability to export the life function (and possibly categories) would be very useful and advantageous. Especially in the instance where there are a large number of customers/clients.

The desire is to list companies that do not currently have an active schedule or action assigned to them in order to be able to identify companies that ‘need to be worked.’
Possibly this might require the addition of the status (in process, complete, not started) on the task for the companies/clients to be able to identify the ones with no current ‘active’ schedule or task.
As activities display on the schedule for tasks to be worked, the possibility of a ‘schedule’ listing companies ‘needing’ an activity.
Hopefully that helps to explain more clearly the request.
