Had loaded image.php from FileZilla into Notepad++ after backing it up only to find the line spacing messed up, there was a space added between every line of code making line 22-25 hard to find. Copied image.php code from WordPress Theme Editor instead as spacing was then correct. A newbie mistake as I try to steer clear of editing files directly, do pretty well with custom includes.
