In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] MultiSite implementationThnaks! I had a followup question. Can the primary site be used for the clone, or do you first need to make a subsite, that is to be used for cloning to other subsites?
By the way, below is the plugin author’s original response to my request. (for others that might need this answer)
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your email.
You will have to import the .wpress file on the Network Admin page.
During the import process, you will be allowed to select the subsite where the site will be imported to or create a new subsite.
The plugin will not overwrite your entire network. You can also run an export of your entire network as a backup before import.- This reply was modified 8 years, 4 months ago by wideglidemike.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] MultiSite implementationThanks .. sorry I missed your reply.
I have one Network. I have created a primary site and now i just want to clone it to the subsequent sites in the same network.
It’s pretty straightforward on how to export the base site I’ve built, but I don’t see how to import it into the new site I created on the network. Please advise
Thanks…Mike
PS I just bought the plugin and have it installed

In reply to: [Clone] URL's Not ResolvingYeah… I tried it 5 times yesterday on 3 different sites and it blew up each time. Found that going into PhpMYAdmin and changing the site URL to the new URL fixed it. Having said that…I really need it to work correctly. I used it everyday. I’m a WPMU customer already but will gladly send donate $ to fix it! I use it every day!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] New GF update seems to have broken pluginThanks very much.. Yeah, I figured something like that had to be the case. I’m trying to do too much there.
I really appreciate you taking the time to research this for me.
I’ll go to plan B.
All the best,

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] New GF update seems to have broken pluginThanks for your response… Nope. that doesn’t do it. I used the custom URL method. Now I’m not even getting the links.
Should I make a login for you?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] Merge tags not workingHi Again… Thanks again for the reply but I don’t see any code in the confirmations tab that generates the links. I have my own in there it looks like this:
<h2>Thanks for posting your listing with RealZAP.com!</h2>
[message type=”custom” width=”100%” start_color=”#FFFFFF” end_color=”#FFFFFF” border=”#2173ad” color=”#333333″]You can view your listing here: {Post Title:1}
[/message]
— the ones I am referring to are the {save-link} etc

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Sticky List] Merge tags not workingYes I am… Is there an easy way to just remove that part of the code that displays those links? I don’t need it anyway as I redirect them to an account page. Thanks for your answer

In reply to: [Custom Content Shortcode] Display values of a checkboxThanks Eliot… Actually it displayed nothing when running that loop..
It’s ok , I got it sorted out by using merge tags from gravity forms to display the content from the fields in my post body. It’s working great.
I’m using ACF and Custom Content Shortcode with gravity forms. Really awesome combination. Thanks again for your reply. It would be fun to investigate further with you, but I’m out of time! ;-}
THanks again

In reply to: [Facebook] [Plugin: Facebook] Exclude buttons/comments on certain pagesThanks Otto…
Yeah, it’s a deal killer for me until that happens. Too much other stuff to customize right now without throwing a plugin into the mix ??It also needs to give you the option of whether or not you want a certain page/post pushed to Fb rather than just automatically doing all.
Wow.. thanks for the speedy response!
