  • The same thing also randomly started happening to us, seemingly everything but the purchase event is working. Did you ever figure this out?

Correct, where you choose the finish on this page. I see the menu jump down about half the length of the page, out of sight. This is occurring on Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on desktop for all of our variable products. On mobile the menu seems to be working fine.

I have tested deactivating all plugins to no avail.

    Thank you.

I am still having problems with this. I can leave the plugin activated for a while after this post for testing.

Please let me know if there’s anything you can do.

    Thank you

I actually posted on that forum shortly after you pointed out that it was that plugin causing the problem. I have not yet received an answer but I can try again.

That’s actually what I was trying to use to find the error, seems I have a lot to learn.

    Thanks again, lorro

After trying to find other ways to get enhanced ecommerce data to my google analytics account, this plugin seems to be the only one I can get to work (besides the product categories javascript conflict).

Is it possible for me to use this plugin without the javascript errors somehow?

Also, I’m curious for my future endeavors, what methods did you use to diagnose this problem?

    That works, thank you!

    Lorro,

That is exactly what is causing the issue, thank you!

I have now updated the theme to the current version 3.5.0.

However I am still getting “invisible” products on the product categories pages.

Here is a updated system report:

    Thanks for the reply Scott!

This works great for creating the amount of columns I want for the respective screen size. However the other problem I am working on is changing the amount of images that are displayed. When width=50% there are two columns, but now there are 6 rows and I would like to only have two rows. Would the fix be in specifying that I want to display 4 images thus getting 2 columns and 2 rows. Is it possible to specify this for each screen size?
