Sir you don’t get my question. I am asking that suppose i want to change my hosting. And instead of installing the New WordPress, will this backup file restore my full site there?

Does my backup file includes XML as well because i have selected in option to backup XML also. Does it means its full site back up. And in case i loose my data, can i restore my site by putting those backed up files in public_html and database file with same database name again???
