@andyfreeland I installed kirki and got the same 404 but I refreshed my Permalinks and it works now.

Man that stinks. Was really hoping to use Happy Forms with Pagebuilder Framework.

I was having the same problem. All was fine some months back and then all of a sudden current images were not being uploaded to S3.

All the settings were the same so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

here’s what I did.

Under Advanced Options turn OFF Object Versioning.

All seems to be working again. Worth a try.

I’d like to add that once you have manually uploaded the template file, you might have to deactivate and re activate the plugin for the template changes to take effect.

I had to do this on the twenty twelve theme.
