Thank you for your assistance. I just submitted the information via your contact form. And to confirm, yes, we are updated to the latest plugin version and the form is in sandbox mode.
I’ve also been in contact with PayPal Merchant Technical Support and they are claiming that the reason it’s not submitting is because “you are missing ‘content-type=application/json’ in the header (in the capture API call). ”
I’m not sure if that helps.

I don’t mind if you test via that URL, we just didn’t want clients submitting payment if they weren’t going through. I’ve also submitted via your secure contact form per your instructions from above.

Our client is not comfortable with us posting the form code in a public forum but I did move the form to a BETA page that you can access via password (we just don’t want people submitting payments).

password: quadsimia2021Upon further investigation, it looks like the transactions were completing successfully until December 22, 2020. After they all get “stuck” and we didn’t change anything on our end. I’ve generated a new API and updated it within the plugin but it still didn’t work.
