I couldn’t solve it with FancyGallery, so I uninstalled it and switched to using FancyBox for WordPress (ver 3.0.2). As far as I can tell, it gives me identical functionality and loads quickly.

I’m not an expert, but just ask if you have any questions ??

Sorry, I couldn’t get Vixy to work properly… however, by deleting Vixy and using an iframe with some of the settings below, I was able to customize my video enough (fading controls, white progress bar)… and setting wmode to opaque… I was able to get FancyBox and my YouTube videos to display properly on all browsers:

I love the look and performance of FancyBox, but those two files are killing my loading speed… please help ??
