But I have another site which intent to start the 5% rule after 30th paragraph, when I put %5@30 it was not working, the ads still start to be inserted from 5th paragraph.

I have done the following step, but the problem still persist:

1. Deactivate all plugins
2. Delete Insert Post Ads plugin
3. Purge all cache
4. Reinstall Insert Post Ads
5. Purge all cache

I realise there is one weird behaviour of the plugin, the setting are different between below setting page, the “Exclude CSS” check box, one is checked, another one is not cehck.
