Bu if i don’t check/select the Don’t show the cached version for desktop to mobile devices it should serve to mobile users the cached version of the desktop site or am i wrong?

i checked the notification add-on and it would be great if was compatible with the front office publishing add-on because it would be great to automatically send a notification to the admin when a user ( subscriber role) uploads a file. is that possible?

yeah, thats a great question. this is a really big bug but it hasn’t been fixed yet.
