Thank you for your reply. In trying to access the site through FTP to use “alternate method”, I get the following error on Filezilla…..

Error: Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)
Error: Could not connect to server

If I cant connect myself, Wordfence cannot be expected to either. Does this tell you anything more you need to know? I assume I need to contact server support.

Just an update with more detail about previous issue….
1. Site is using using PHP 7
2. Site uses Amazonaws, so no cpanel access
3. The “auto_prepend_file” on the “system info” page is listed as “no value” for local and master value.
4. Site uses Apache + mod_php. Your software correctly auto-identified this.
5. “Protection level” still listed as “basic” instead of “extended”.

Update: Once I got back in to my wordpress dashboard I see that you now have a newer (1.1.9) version that “fixed a fatal error on certain php configurations” That must have been the error I got with your 1.1.8 version.

Update: My IT guy fixed the problem. here is what he said….
“I fixed the error on your site. There is an error in the Velocity plugin. I commented out the following line and the site started working.
