Also… how do you display the flash video pic for your video? Is this correct (below)? I can’t see any examples… Wish developers would put more examples in for us non-programmer types. ??

Thanks ??

Hi and thanks both of you…

I just tried what you suggested Deb and it works!

Yes, I hit the return key (Mac) twice after each paragraph and the spacing looks way wrong – but it works just fine after you save it. So if anyone is experiencing this same trouble with WordPress then try this method – it works…

Thanks a million ??

Regarding your xhtml video embed, just wondering if you had any instructions lying around somewhere…?

I tried it on my WP blog (not the recent edition of WP, but the previous edition) with a YouTube video in this format, but nothing shows up…

That is, I added just like that above to my normal post, not in the code part, but in the visual part. Is it supposed to be a link or..?

I went in to your plugin and enabled it and all that stuff.

Maybe some simple, how to do it instructions would be good for us non-coder types.

Thanks ??

Hi again,
We found the solution.

It was the Sideblog plugin.
Disabling that made all my posts show up.
Thanks for reading this if you did.

And make sure to check those plugins if
something doesn’t look right.

Ok… can’t find my ads in the content div. How do I “take my ads out of the content div?” What do I need to do exactly? I’m not a programmer, please give me simple instructions as to how to resolve this, thanks.

Great…

I did this:

#content{
color: #3D3D3D;
float: left;
line-height: 130%;
margin: 0px;
overflow:hidden;
padding: 10px 11px 10px 11px;
text-align: justify;
width: 560px;

Does it look like it works ok to you? If not please let me know… Thanks.

Hi, thanks…

Can you tell me where I can find the #content? I’m not sure where to look exactly. Do you mean in the theme editor in the ‘sidebar’ for example?

Thanks so much for that. I have just tried roughly 500px width on all the big pics and am still getting the same problem.

Any suggestions, or can you see something that I can’t?
Site is: https://homebusinesscreative.com

Thanks again,

Thanks again. Yes one WP blog for each domain. I just used 1.5.2 because that’s what I downloaded last time. But now I know 2.0.2 is stable I’ll try that… if I can work this little problem out…

It’s confusing because using cyberduck I look at my database at my host and see folders. That’s what I see with my Mac anyway. Is there anyway/anywhere I can send in a screenshot?

So… for each blog I will need a separate database right?

Appreciated…

Ok first I went in to my host and added some AddOn Domains.

yourthailandflight.com (yourthailandflight)
thewhiteapeinthailand.com (thewhiteapeinthailand)
homebusinesscreative.com (homebusinesscreative)
thefunnyjoker.com (thefunnyjoker)

These are configured to point at my host.

Then I followed the instructions from:
“everymansWPinstall.pdf”

Log into my host, go to Mysql.

Uploaded the WP files after making changes to wp-config.php

Using Cyberduck I see in my account the following:

400.shtml
401.shtml
403.shtml
404.shtml
500.php
500.shtml
cgi-bin (folder)
default.html
favicon.ico
homebusinesscreative (folder – my domain)
martinhurley (folder – my domain)
php.ini
thewhiteapeinthailand (folder – my domain)
yourthailandflight (folder – my domain)

I uploaded the WP files into the homebusinesscreative folder.

I’m aiming to set up a WP blog for all of these domains above.

What I didn’t do was – “Change the prefix if you want to have multiple blogs in a single database.”

Would I assume correctly that what I have now is one database with different folders in it, each folder containing a different blog/domain?

Are you saying I can have all these folders (domains) in this account each with its own uploaded WP blog?

What’s this mean “separate prefix for the database tables. “?

Is this enough info I am trying hard to get this right I’m not a coder just designer.

Thanks so much..,
