What’s the bets way to attach the logs ? I have both of them here but they are pretty long so seems like not a good idea to just paste them.

The two backups are labelled just two seconds apart.

If it’s a problem with WPs core does that mean others are experiencing this ?

For what it’s worth I’ve actually had contact with the Tweetily guy via twitter, he replied to me and is apparently going to send me a beta that fixes some of the bugs. He seems quite open and determined to make it work though.

Yes the fragmentation of this is a shame, gotta agree with that. This is the kind of plugin I’d totally pay for it worked well!

I have tried that. I tried 200, 100, 50 but it never worked. Every time it says the job is completed but actually no files are transferred to DropBox and always there is the timeout errors in the logs.

There is a report elsewhere that simply using an old version of the plugin fixes the problem. I’m not sure if you are aware of that or not but it seems something in version 3 might be causing it ?

Dissapointingly I saw the developers of this plugin commend on another site/help forum to a pro user of their plugin that they thought it was something to do with the users host. If a simple revert to previous version is fixing the issue then it seems to prove that it has nothing to do with someones host….. I wish that they would provide some clues on this support forum.

Anyone confirm that reverting to an older version of the plugin fixes this issue ? I can’t get any of my sites backed up with this current version. Getting the WARNING: Job restart due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes message every time and then the job ends with no errors but also no files actually delivered to me !

Any answers to this issue ? I’m having the same thing, time out after 5 mins

Same thing happened with me just now. Ran a back up , no errors but also no files. Looking in the log there was mention of a timeout after inactivity for 5 minutes when trying to upload to Dropbox. This sort of thing should definitely give an Error if you don’t get your files!

This is crazy. For some reason, if you load a page with images and leave it for a minute or so, then lightbox works. If you load the page and immediately click on the images , it doesnt work , it opens it in a new page on its own.

Its almost as if the script is taking aaaages to be run when the page is open?

Please does anyone have any ideas?!

Just to add, i have uninstalled it and re-installed it and still it doesn’t work. So strange.

Thanks, i checked the server status and all is green with not much usage. I also checked the error log and nothing has been generated. I spoke with my host and he said he has no idea…. everything is fine as far as he could tell. i’m stumped!
