Sure it is hosted on Dreamhost shared hosting, but WP is manually installed not through their auto-installer. WP is Version 3.1.2

PHP is version 5.2.17.

Thanks, but you missed that I do not want to move WordPress – I want to clone it into a second location. the instructions you cited would, as I understand it, render the original location unusable.

Or am I missing something?

@doolin – the problem appeared when I upgraded to 5.6.

Have a couple of suggestions as well…

Could you add an insert to each tab of the dialogue box?

Also, could you set it so it will submit without a recipe name or insert that into the post title?

ok, fixed it – the url on the settings page had a typo. Boy do I feel dumb…

I changed the pagination level and that too gets a 404 error…

I am seeing the same behavior – it always has a message that cookies need to be enabled. They are enabled. Have seen this on multiple computers with multiple browsers.
