Unfortunately, the update does -not- resolve the problem. Yes, I can see it works for you, but does not do so for me yet.

I updated the plugin using the WP plugin dashboard to ver 2.8 and the message box still will not resize horizontally. I deactivated and reactivated the V2.8 plugin – same result. I then saved off all of my form customization data for the pdf and deactivated/deleted the plugin entirely, then reinstalled v 2.8 from WP repository. Plugin still will not resize horizontally. My desktop system environment and active installed plugins are as follows:

I have not tried deactivating all plugins to see if there is a plugin conflict.

Update 04/18/2021
Found that the most recent update to wordpress 5.7 caused a http/https mismatch between the media library and the pdf viewer which caused the issue.

The plugin is NOT at fault and works prefectly when the correct match is made netween the protocol of the media library object, in this case a pdf file, and the protocol of the browser session.

Hello Danny, Installed latest version 2.4.5 after 1200 Pacific time 4/30/18 in a brand bew website under development. Activating plugin returns error message:
“Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘ctpwud_exclude_categories’ not found or invalid function name in C:\xampp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-includes\class-wp-hook.php on line 286”

There is no caching plugin present and no custon scripting (perl or php) present. All ctpwud plugin setting are installation defaults with no changes.

Any ideas of what may be wrong? I would like to be able to try your plugin in the site I am currently building.
