Thank you so much @wfpeter. I just sent the report.
I understand the “manual block by administrator”. This goes back to the original issue, of the wrong IPs being detected. The Executive Director’s IP is not on the blocked list or I would unblock it.
I thought the issue was resolved and did not need further assistance, but today our Executive Director who views the website all the time received the attached when trying to view it: https://acts4.org/wp-content/uploads/Website-Message-6-9-21.pdf.
This has happened to me as well. I don’t understand why.Hi Peter. Thank you very much for your response. My IP addresses does match the IP address under Wordfence > Dashboard > Global Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IP. I contacted my Hosting Company and was told the IP address in the alert I received was for Sitelock.

In reply to: [WDContactFormBuilder] bots getting through captchaI think I just need to find another plugin. It is happening everyday which is not good for my client.
Thank you for the responses and help. Is the IP website proxy something that is created through my host company?
I cycled through and “Use the X-Forwarded-For HTTP header. Only use if you have a front-end proxy or spoofing may result” is the only one showing my true IP address. I am still uneasy that someone was trying to login to my site from 198.143.37.15. Should I block that IP?
FYI – on my site “How does Wordfence get IPs” is currently set to:
Let Wordfence use the most secure method to get visitor IP addresses. Prevents spoofing and works with most sites. (Recommended)Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Menu Structure Not workingI am having the same problem with a different premium wp theme. The vendor replied to my inquiry about the problem stating, “this unfortunately looks like a WordPress issue. I have seen this before with a couple other WordPress installs and its definitely a weird bug and don’t know the solution.”
They suggested I reinstall WordPress which I hesitate to do not wanting to lose my work.
