In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] AMP errorHey @alice1000,
Thanks for the update.
Can you please share screenshots of the errors you’re seeing in the browser console and I’ll share them with the developers for their thoughts?

Hey @rox32,
This is indeed odd. Please do let me know if you’d like to revisit this when you have the time.
Thanks!

Hey @dipaksaraf,
Thanks for the updates.

Hey @keithcreate108,
I don’t believe there’s anything else for you to do at this point. It sounds like resetting it corrected the paths and it’s now working correctly.
Please do let us know if you run into any other issues.
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hey @chesterfordgreen,
This does sound a little bizarre.
Are you able to disable all other plugins and run the test again to rule out a conflict?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hey @kertres,
Can you please try installing and configuring Wordfence in the subdirectory sites first and let me know how it goes?

Please let me know.

Hey @glhq,
Thanks for starting the new thread.
Regarding the first case, are you certain this wasn’t due to an update?
Regarding the second case, can you please share examples of the files and paths that Wordfence is flagging?
Also, can you please update Wordfence to its most current version of 7.4.8? And update WordPress to 5.4.2?
Thanks,
Gerroald
Hey @keithcreate108,
Have you recently migrated the site? If the site has been recently migrated sometimes the paths within the wordfence-waf.php can have the wrong URL path. Can you please try completely resetting Wordfence, or manually correcting the path in the wordfence-waf.php file found in your root directory and let me know if it helps with the proper path structure?

Hey @istria,
I’ve just spoken to a colleague about this. Can you please try switching the Firewall into Learning Mode and let me know if it helps before completely resetting Wordfence?

Please let me know what you find.

Hey @mirallesdesign,
Thanks for sharing this. I’ve shared it with the Development Team for their feedback. I’ll report back here when I know more.

Hey @candyappledesign,
Thanks for the update.
I’d suggest reaching out to the 10Web Manager plugin author once more. It seems it is creating the user. Perhaps the person you spoke with was unaware of this functionality, I’ve definitely been guilty of this myself, it happens. However, if they reconfirm the plugin doesn’t create a user there may be a deeper-lying issue.
Please do let me know what they say.
Thanks,
Gerroald

As a hunch, it sounds like something may be loading the JavaScript too early. But as a test, can you please switch the Firewall into Learning Mode and let me know if it helps?

Hey @lcaines100,
Have you also tried switching to a WordPress default theme to rule out a theme conflict?
Do you see any errors in the browser console? If so, can you please share a screenshot?
